Qualification Requirements

• Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in educational institutions.

• Professional Skills: Must possess practical and theoretical skills in the field of arts education, as well as knowledge of the theoretical and practical foundations of aesthetic, moral, legal, and political culture.

• Legal Expertise: Must have advanced skills in implementing laws and regulations regarding the Academy of Arts and be proficient in drafting projects in accordance with legislation.

• Ethics & Integrity: Must demonstrate high moral qualities regarding conflicts of interest and zero tolerance for corruption; must uphold honesty, professional ethics, and management ethics within educational systems.

• Social Policy: Must be capable of implementing projects related to youth policy.
